Due to the devastation and outages after Hurricane Helene we are having to reschedule testing dates for next week. Second Graders at Pickens Elementary will be taking the CogAT/IOWA Assessments. Please note the new testing dates and update your calendars. We encourage all of these students to be on time each day and to refrain from early dismissals if possible. If you would like to learn more about these assessments you can find all the information on the SC Dept. of Education website. https://ed.sc.gov/tests/elementary/gifted-and-talented-program-grade-2/

Hello families!
I am excited to kick off a new year of sharing amazing stories with you and your toddler. Unfortunately, the weather is not cooperating with our plans, and we think it is best to postpone story time until next week. We will plan to host our storytime on Tuesday, October 1st from 9:00- 10:00. Please check in at the front desk of our school and they will direct you to our room.
If you are not able to attend, please email me back or call the school (864- 397- 2300)
Regards,
Mrs. Jenn
