Dear Parent,
It is essential for our schools to accurately keep track of students who are having COVID like symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19. To make the process smoother, we are shifting to a process that will speed up record keeping. In addition, this process will allow the school to communicate more effectively and accurately.
For any day of school, please remember:
- Students who have symptoms of COVID-19 must stay home.
- If students have been tested for COVID-19 due to symptoms, they must stay home until cleared by the school nurse.
- Students in the household of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 must stay home until cleared by the school nurse.
- Students who have been a close contact to someone who tested positive must stay home until cleared by the school nurse.
