The Gettys Band program has been awarded the SC Outstanding Performance Award. This is a cumulative award given out for high achievement at State Concert Performance Assessment, Region Band, All-State Band, and Solo and Ensemble Performance Assessment, and is the highest award given to band programs by the state of South Carolina. Gettys is one of only 36 band programs in South Carolina to earn the distinction this year!
