The Gettys Middle School History Club had a great meeting this week on January 31, 2024.
The club has been working with the Easley Area Museum over the past year to research the historical and current role which the textile industry has had on the growth and establishment of our city.
Museum representative Desiree Day came to speak to students on Wednesday about how the club's research will be displayed at the museum. Students reviewed and chose historical photographs to be included with their research.
