Our Gettys Volleyball Captains enjoyed the virtual Middle School Athletic Leadership Conference this week! They learned about maintaining motivation, boosting team morale, encouraging best social media practices, and protecting and promoting a positive team and school image. They then met as a group to plan how to implement what they learned and create positive team building activities. We are thankful for them and for this opportunity!
