Please join me in welcoming Mr. Sam Lepa, our new Assistant Principal at D.W. Daniel High School! Mr. Lepa and his family will be moving to South Carolina from Minnesota. He attended the University of Northwestern in St. Paul for his undergrad and Concordia University for his graduate work. Sam is currently Activities Director at Annandale Public Schools and prior to that spent 8 years as a social studies teacher, instructional leader, and coach at the high school level. Sam and his wife Kelsey have 3 children, Everly (7), Cal (5), and Lucy (3). They enjoy hiking as a family, being active in church, and attending school activities. Mr. Lepa tells us, "I am most excited about being a part of the great culture and passion for excellence that exists at Daniel to serve students and staff to strive to be their best every day". Welcome Mr. Lepa!
